Gimberry is an innovative non-alcoholic cranberry cocktail that combines the power of GIMBER ginger, the tartness of cranberry juice and the probiotics of kombucha. This refreshing detox mocktail offers an explosion of tangy and sparkling flavours, perfect for a healthy and original aperitif.

Ingredients

20 ml GIMBER N°1 Original
50 ml cranberry juice
100 ml kombucha
1 sprig of fresh rosemary
1 slice of fresh orange
A few ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the glass: If you like your drinks very cold, fill a large glass with a few ice cubes.
Add the GIMBER: Pour 20 ml (2 cl) of GIMBER N°1 Original into the glass.
Add the liquids: Pour in 50 ml of cranberry juice followed by 100 ml of kombucha.
Mix gently: Stir gently with a spoon to blend the flavours without breaking the kombucha bubbles.
Garnish and serve: Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary (squeeze it lightly to release its aroma) and a slice of fresh orange on the rim of the glass.

Ideal temperature: Refrigerate all liquids in advance. Ice cubes are optional as the cocktail will already be chilled.

Non-sparkling version: Replace the kombucha with still water or iced tea for a non-sparkling version.
